The European Shiatsu School is the first and only organisation in Poland offering a full shiatsu therapist training program that meets internationally recognised standards in Europe as well as in the USA and Japan.

The program offered by the ESS is based on the knowledge and experience of shiatsu therapists totalling over 100 years of practice and is designed to comply with the requirements of the Shiatsu Society UK and the European Shiatsu Federation.

Full training is made up of 4 stages, of which the first two prepare you to work as a Shiatsu Bodyworker and provide the ability to perform shiatsu for relaxation, whereas stages 3 and 4 lead to the Diploma in Shiatsu Therapy.

This modular system, combined with our compliance to internationally recognised standards, gives a wide range of possibilities for completion of the full course, while also ensuring the freedom to continue training at any branch of the ESS and in other shiatsu schools around the world.
